She completed her undergraduate studies in South Africa, became an international student in the United States of America, and worked in community development organisations. She has worked for social impact investment programmes at Allan Gray Orbis Foundation and law firm Webber Wentzel. She mentors social entrepreneurs at Gibbs Business School and is also pursuing her PhD while serving as chairperson at a thriving non-profit that aids Wind Farms with their socioeconomic spending and reporting.
